• Alloy AD31 with admissions in accordance with GOST 8617-81 and 22233-01
• Alloys EN AW-6060, 6063 with admissions according EN 755-2001 and EN 12020-2001 (in exchange DIN 17615 and 1748).
• Condition of delivery to Т6, Т66
• At manufacturing of a cylindrical ingot primary aluminium of mark А7 is used.
• In manufacture the high-quality import tool is used.
• The maximum length of an unpainted profile-7,4 m.
• At the order of a profile of non-standard length (less than 4) price change.
• The customer can receive the free tool, at the order not less than 10 тн. A drawing profile from one matrix.
• Term of manufacturing of a matrix and reception of the sample of a profile 1-1,5 months
• Term of delivery of planned orders - from 2 till 4 weeks.
• Minimum party at the order of each kind of a profile - 1000 kg.
