REALIT

 

   REALIT - the new unique extrusion enterprise on a Russia map (it is located in the city of Obninsk, the Kaluga area). Building of Factory of aluminium profiles "REALIT" has begun in May, 2002, and in November, 2003 the factory has started to let out first production. REALIT makes aluminium profiles of wide assortment and high quality.

The factory possesses the equipment of the XXI-st century not having analogues in Russia and pose itself is the only west extrusion factory in Russia.

REALIT:

  • the foundry equipment of the Italian firm "Cometal Engineering S.p. A." (One fusion-21tn the general capacity on output 16000 tn/a)
  • high-efficiency lines on manufacture of profiles with two extruders with high-speed pressing 1800 и1250 tons "Presezzi Extrusion S.R.L." (Italy) with air-to-water training and 2 pullers (productivity 13500 tn/a)
  • lines of horizontal and vertical powder painting of a ready profile of Italian company "Trasmetal" with 10 baths of chemical preparation (productivity 18000 tn/a). The painted profiles correspond to requirements domestic GOST 22233-2001, 9.410-88, requirements QUALICOAT
  • line of firm "OEMMES.R.L line." (Italy) for assemblage of a profile with the thermobridge,
  • EMMEBI S.R.L and "AUTEL"  packing machines. (Italy)
  • High skilled team of professionals on the manufacture, trained by the Italian technical experts, supervises and guarantees the highest quality of outout production
